Booked a room with clean towels and sheets. It was comfy, bigger then in most Nicosia hotels. The staff were affable and competent and the location was magnificent to centre & transportation.
Well, no lift.

Convenient location near bus terminal, historical downtown, and restaurants. Great view of north Cyprus from room's balcony. Friendly and helpful family-owned hotel. Good value for money, clean rooms with hot water. Safe and reliable staff, even returned lost belongings.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the central bus terminal and within walking distance to everything in the city center. the receptionist is kind and attentive. Some rooms have clean facilities and everything works.
The noise from the busy street outside can be bothersome, especially for light sleepers.

For the price I paid, the value at this hotel was excellent. The room was small, but comfortable with separate beds and a handy balcony for picture-taking. The location was ideal, with the intercity bus station just 20 meters away and the main street, Ledra, just a few steps away. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I appreciated their honesty when I accidentally left behind my camera after checking out.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better would have been to have a kettle or some way to make tea or coffee. However, for the price and location, it was still worth it.

The rooms at Delphi Hotel are so cozy and comfortable, with air conditioning that keeps you cool during the hot weather in Nicosia. I loved the fact that the rooms have free WiFi, perfect for staying connected and sharing my travel experiences with friends and family. The flat-screen TV with pay-per-view channels in the room was a nice touch, allowing me to relax and catch up on some entertainment after a long day of exploring the city. The mini fridge in the room came in handy for storing drinks and snacks, making it convenient to enjoy a quick refreshment whenever I needed. The en-suite bathroom with a shower was clean and functional, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The tile/marble floor in the double room was not as comfortable as I expected, but I understand that it adds a touch of elegance to the room and others might appreciate it.

The value for money at this hotel was great. The room was clean, with free amenities like a fridge, air conditioning, TV, and internet. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to coffee bars, restaurants, museums, and the old town. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always gave good recommendations.
The only thing that could have made breakfast better was more variety in the food options.
